2020 Association Meeting Notice

To: All Homeowners of Ashford Manor West Phase III

Re: Association Meeting (Saturday, October 10th at 1:00pm on Blackwater Ct)

The Ashford Manor Phase III Townhome Association Annual meeting has been

scheduled for Saturday, October 10th at 1:00pm. Due to the pandemic we have not

been able to meet at the Tinley Park Library as we usually do. But instead, we will have

it in our neighborhood along Blackwater Ct near the cul-de-sac.

At this meeting, we will update homeowners on issues of importance to our

community and give you an update of what kind of improvements have been done and

what the status of the driveway cleanup is.

If anyone would like to be on the Board, please let us know. If you have any

questions, please contact the Board of Directors. We look forward to seeing you at the

meeting!
