Heads up!

As winter and snow is upon us, we would like to remind you that the Snow Removal company will not remove snow until it is 3 inches deep.

Salt/snow-melt is currently the responsibility of the homeowner.

Just a reminder for the winter season...

Those with basketball nets must bring them inside the garage for the winter as the plows cannot clear your driveway if it's there.

Additionally, please remember that the gazebo parking is for guests and temporary parking only.
